So you know for future reference; generally you do not write your article on the Pee Review page. You create an article, and then link to it from Pee review if you wish.
If you want to start a new article, the easiest way to do so is to create a link to a non existent article from an existing page - your userpage, for example. You can then click on this red link, and the wiki will ask if you want to create an article with this name.
On this occasion, I've moved the bulk of your article from Pee Review to namespace. If I get time later, I'll also review it.
