I am planning to do something for bolivian tree lama, but I messed up the first couple of times.

No worries. Instead of just leaving it blank, it might be an idea to make a note either on the page itself or on its associated talk page that this is a work in progress. You can even use the "in progress" template if you like - just add {{Incompletestub}} to the bottom of the page and this will appear:

{{Incompletestub}}
