Windows movie maker

Ok, I restored it because it looks like it could go somewhere, missed the comment about you adding more. Part of the reason I deleted it was due to the poor grammar (mainly how it was "Windows movie maker" not "Windows Movie Maker") which can make a tired admin on a huffing spree not look twice :P I changed the title to all caps (since it's a name, and restored it and added your edits (with credit to you in the edit description). It may need a bit more expansion though or else it may be labeled a stub or another admin may question it, but it looks fine for now, imo.
