Heh, sounds rather like a video game. As for your idea, I must say that it sounds appealing. However, understand my skepticism, because so does regular communism, and socialism too. Looking at your idea reminds me vaguely of a sightless optimist. Your reference of Utopia alone invalidates your point. The fact is, perfect peace cannot exist unless it is forced through intense fascism. Conflict will always be rampant, it's simple human nature. Believing that it can be otherwise is wishful thinking. Plus, this is a government that would only work if brought about on a large scale. Unfortunately, some countries are happy as hellholes, or too afraid to change it to, well, change it.
