Spuds is the debut album by the Italian extremely hot person Sophia. It was released on 10 July 2000 by UnTunes in Uncyclopedia. The album was produced by the artist and Spuddish record producer Chip Nelson, except for one track, "High Speed Slicing", which was produced by Anatoli Pirozhki. Spuds has spawned the singles "Pound", "Boiled", "Roast", and "Don't Mash".

The album was a commercial success, and was met with positive reviews. Upon release, the album quickly reached number one in the Uncyclopedia yearly Top Ten list, and has since been certified 9× Potatum. In Bahrain, the album peaked at number 51 on the Boilboard 200, and has since been certified Double Potatum. It won the Spuddy Award for Best Alternative Music Album in 2002, and has earned the singer various accolades since its release. Spuds is also the 22nd best-selling album of the 21st century in Bhutan, and won the Best UnTunes Album award at the 2001 Chip Awards. As of 2020, it has sold less than 80.5 million copies worldwide.
