- ↑ Proxies, VPN, and other bad IPs shouldn't be used for votes to prevent manipulations.
- ↑ Such as votes on Forum:BHOP.
- ↑ VFH, VFP, VFD, VFS, and Top 10 articles.
- ↑ Such as votes on Forum:Village Dump and Forum:Ministry of Love.
- ↑ Promotions and demotions of admins, bureaucrats, checkusers, thumbsuckers, and other privileged permissions.
