- @Fenris2010: Thanks! I hope I can make it so that you can face in more than just 4 directions. Oᑭöᔑᔑᙀᙏ (addicted) 21:22, 21 December 2024 (UTC)
- By the way, how exactly did you make it? Whenever I try to see it in source mode, I can't see anything but the 3D. Fenris2010 the holiday-loving Grue Merry Christmas! 15:05, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Fenris2010: It’s pretty hard to explain, but I’ll try my best to do so…

First of all, I made a template (User:OPOSSUM/row) that draws a row of objects. On each screen, several of these rows must be drawn. The coordinates of the player are calculated from the "offset" number (which is generated by Template:CGI). The arrows change this "offset" number. The rows are moved based on player's coordinates.
When you turn, your coordinates must be changed because all the rows now have to be in completely different places. It's pretty hard to for me to figure out where the player’s new coordinates should be after turning, which is why I completely broke the rotation system by adding in more directions.
I know that this explanation is really confusing. Oᑭöᔑᔑᙀᙏ (addicted) 23:07, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
