Being Chinese, the demographics section's rat jokes are offensive. It sounds like it was written by a bunch of stereotypical arrogant American racists rather than being written by people who make efforts to put some creativity, making witty jokes almost everybody would love. Not Funny Enough

Not satirical enough. Too much factual information. Need to dumb it down a few notches.

Great Wall

Mongolia used to be the largest lake in the world that ocassionally flooded causing mass drownings in northern China so the Great Wall was put up as a dam. This is also another great Chinese invention. Keeping Mongolia out was a phrase commonly used during rainy seasons.

not funny enough

I have to say that previously I found this much more amusing with the McDonalds that had the slogan "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" and seemed like it was actually written by someone who new a piece of Chinese History, but now this is simply just racist and stupid and sounds like it was written about something who knew little to nothing about the People's Republic of China.

I think it would be funnier if the redacted bits were just "████████████████████████████"instead of showing things when you hovered over them, why?, I think its funny how there's redacted text in the page, but it becomes less funny when you can see whats under them cause then its not really "redacted" and it's not really funny what's under there either as it's exactly what you would expect.

Improvements

Infobox (national animal)

Ok, a lot of little things to do. I had put Bat in the infobox for national animal, that has been changed to Panda. I moved bats to the cuisine section, funnier there anyway, but we should change the national animal, i.e. it shouldn't be too accurate. I'm kinda thinking of putting Winnie-the-Pooh there, but it could also be kinda redundant cuz we should mention Xi up higher in the infobox (plus we gotta get around to doing something with his article).
