Retroreflector
Retroreflectors (previously known as reflectors, back when they were still young and full of hope) are things that steal light from other sources and use it for their own nefarious deeds. These "light thieves" do not even have the decency to pay for it! They are commonly sighted at night or in darker than usual places where they can be seen redistributing light without permission or even a license. Bastards, all of them!
Functions[edit | edit source]
Retroreflectors can only be seen working on the black market and their true properties are thus mostly unknown. However, many police forces around the world are certain of one thing they almost certainly always do: steal light from innocent light sources. Everything else regarding retroreflectors' functions are still up to speculation.
Applications[edit | edit source]
Retroreflectors are often found on signs, roads, clothing and emergency gear, but should be found behind bars for their disregard for the law. The eyes of certain animals, such as cats, also possess retroreflectors to improve their vision in the dark so that they can practice theft in dark alleyways. I can still vividly remember the day a cat stole my sandwich before i could take a bite, and it still pains me.

Retroreflectors in the future[edit | edit source]
Despite their refusal to stop stealing our valuable light that we poured bucket-loads of electricity into making, they continue to roam our streets and are even increasing in numbers. Soon our electricity supplies will run dry and the world will plunge into darkness when these reflective thugs take it all for themselves. They will have claimed our cars, jackets, street signs and our very lives. The future is looking bleak, but we must face this menace face-to-reflective surface and we must best it and reclaim our position in this world reclaim the light. May luck be on the side of our descendants, they'll need it.
