NOTES: Read the List of plants and List of zombies before reading this.

Here is chapter 3 of your unholy torture. I hope you rest in peace after this.

Level 3-1[edit | edit source]

After Dr. Zomboss's England base is destroyed, Crazy Dave teleports you to the Land of the rising sun. In this place you have snow so you need to plant your plants on top of heat pads or your plants (except for ice plants such as the winter melon and snow pea) will gradually degrade and die. Fortunately, heat pads are free so you have no problems. The zombies, on the other hand......oh my gosh.

Also, mushrooms sleep in the day, and you have no way to wake them up yet.

  • Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie, Ninja zombie
  • Unlocked plants: Snapdragon
  • Number of waves: 2
  • Number of columns with starting heat pads: 5

Finally a break from the 100-man waves! But this so called break is 50 zombies per wave instead of 100. Anyway, the new ninja zombie is invisible unless it meets a plant, in which case it will eat it normally, so block it with some defensive plant, like the gianut and he is easy. The reason I said "gianut" is because wall-nuts can't block 15 or so zombies per lane, so gianut will make this easy. "But it's paid!" somebody might say, but I bet you can't even survive to here if you don't spend a cent, genius. This game is not called one of the worst games ever for no reason.

Level 3-2[edit | edit source]

  • Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie, Buckethead Zombie, Ninja Zombie, Solar Zombie
  • Unlocked plants: Spikeweed
  • Number of waves: 3
  • Number of columns with starting heat pads: 4

This level brings us straight into despair again, as the 100-man waves return from their 1-level break! This time, the solar zombie makes a great return and they will still steal your sun, and after they steal 6 sun, they shoot a laser beam which destroys a whole lane of plants! As a result, it's a double dilemma as you want to use gianuts to block ninja zombies but 30 solar zombies come and ruin your day. Use power nuke or power toss if necessary. and please let the lawnmowers go in the final wave as it's too fucking insane.

Level 3-3[edit | edit source]

  • Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie, Zomboni, Zombie bobsled team
  • Unlocked plants: Threepeater
  • Number of waves: 3
  • Number of columns with starting heat pads: 4

Everybody who had played survival: endless should remember this guy, the zomboni, and He is just as lethal here, as he turns tiles into ice that cannot be planted on and crushes plants, and also summons zombie bobsled teams which go up to hundreds. Then you have good news and bad news. The good news is, you have spikeweeds, while the bad news is, there ARE JUST TOO MANY OF THEM, LIKE 3 PER LANE!!!! And the worst thing is, they cannot be killed by power toss, but you can zap them, so try doing so to weaken them, but since they have a ridiculous amount of health this is just impossible. Be prepared to lose a few lawnmowers.

Level 3-4[edit | edit source]

  • Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie, Zomboni, Zombie Bobsled team, Football Zombie
  • Unlocked items: Wall-Nut first aid
  • Number of waves: 4
  • Number of columns with starting heat pads: 3

Insane. The zombie difficulty elevates up from the 100-men waves to insane, as a zomboni will appear as the second zombie, the 6th group of zombies has 30 zombies per lane, and it only gets downhill from here. Choose Twin sunflower, heat pad, spikeweed, jalapeno, potato mine, squash, winter melon, and pumpkin, then start saving up a few suns then watch the tragedy ensue as you struggle to even build a winter melon build. Use spikeweed to kill zombonis.

Level 3-5[edit | edit source]

  • Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie, Buckethead Zombie, Zomboni, Zombie bobsled team, ninja zombie, Queen zombie
  • Plants given: Sunflower, Wall-nut, Heat Pad, Melon-pult, Snapdragon, Spikeweed
  • Number of waves: 2
  • Unlocked plants: Tall-nut
  • Number of columns with starting heat pads: 3

Holy shit, this is just fucking insane! Zombies swarm in this level, but not before the first wave. After the first wave, prepare for waves over an amount of 100+ zombies swarming on screen! With such limited supply, the only things that can save you are the snapdragons and the melon-pults but the snapdragons will be crushed quickly by zombonis while you will die before you can build melon-pults. Use power nuke to take care of zombies which literally swarm the screen and to hold the horde while you pray for the best as you struggle in your futile attempts to build up your defenses. All of your lawnmowers will be lost, no exceptions, and that's a small chance because it's literally impossible. Only a few people have got past this level, and you know why.

Level 3-6[edit | edit source]

  • Zombies: Regular zombie, Conehead zombie, Armored Samurai Zombie
  • Unlocked Plants: Cocaine
  • Number of waves: 3
  • Number of columns with starting heat pads: 3

There is a new zombie here, and he is the armored samurai zombie. He takes 50 hits due to his armor, and also slashes plants in 1 hit with his katana, well, aside of tall nuts and gianuts. But since there are still 100+ Zombies on screen per wave, why bother with tall-nuts? Anyway, Winter melons and gianuts will stop this zombie cold, and somebody might say it's paid stuff, but same rules apply.

Level 3-7[edit | edit source]

  • Zombies: Regular zombie, Conehead zombie, Ninja Zombie, Armored samurai zombie
  • Unlocked Plants: Spikerock
  • Number of waves: 4
  • Number of columns with starting heat pads: 3

Another easy level if you use paid plants, but nigh on impossible without, as zombies come by the hundreds almost near the first wave and there are just so much zombies to destroy with your regular repeaters. Overall this is a hell without premium stuff, but easy without.

Level 3-8[edit | edit source]

  • Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead zombie, Gargantuar, Imp
  • Unlocked plants: Iceberg lettuce
  • Number of waves: 3
  • Number of columns with starting heat pads: 3

Looks easy, aside of.....GARGANTUARS!!!!! The gargantuars appear in this level and they come by the amount of 10, 2 per lane at the second wave. Just imagine what happens in the third wave. The gargantuars cannot be killed by a power toss and this thus makes things insanely difficult as they will rape your ass back and forth. Even spikerock does not help against 3 gargantuar smashes and this is just insane. And the worst thing is the gargantuar will throw it's imp into the 3rd column and you will most likely lose a few lawnmowers unless you have jalapeno. But fortunately, the gianut will make the gargantuar so tired that he outright dies!

Level 3-9[edit | edit source]

  • Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie, Buckethead Zombie, Queen Zombie, Zomboni, Zombie bobsled team, Gargantuar, Imp, Kicker Zombie
  • Unlocked items: Note
  • Number of waves: 4
  • Number of columns with starting heat pads: 3

In this insane torture comes the legendary duo combination: the zomboni and gargantuar! And what's worse, they are combined along with queen zombies and Kicker zombies, and a gargantuar appears as early as in the third group of zombies which is absolutely insane. Zombies come in 200+ on screen starting in this level, all with 50+ gargantuars, 55+ Zombonis, 30+ Kicker zombies, 6 Queen Zombies and hundreds of regular type zombies all striking in the same time. Just don't play this game. Seriously.

Level 3-10[edit | edit source]

  • Zombies: Regular zombie, Conehead Zombie, Buckethead Zombie, Ninja zombie, Armored samurai zombie, Zomboni, Zombie bobsled team, Gargantuar, Imp
  • Plants available in conveyor belt: Heat pad, snapdragon, threepeater, spikeweed, tall-nut, Spikerock, Iceberg lettuce
  • Unlocked plants: Pure lilypad
  • Number of waves: 4
  • Number of columns with starting heat pads: 3

It's weird that you are still surviving here, because you most likely won't! 250+ zombies appear in a single wave in this level, and most of them are covered by gargantuars! And with only threepeaters and snapdragons to defend yourself, it's quite sure to get grueling. Ironically, this is easier than the previous level as you were given a lot of spikerocks to block zombonis and gargantuars; but only slightly. Overall, this episode is fucking insane and it only gets downhill from here.

Now this Is the end of the chapter, but we are not over yet! You will have to collect YET ANOTHER 27 stars to go to the next stage or pay them 6 USD, so for more see Mini Games and Stars.
