Now That’s What I Call Dementia is a 2024 rock album by Donald Trump. Released in 2024 by Insurrect The Capitol Records, it is part of the Now That’s What I Call Music series, and features songs about the former president’s rants and raves, including things like getting “schlonged” or “the giant faucet in California”. It is available on CD, Cassette, Vinyl, and Spotify, but not Apple Music, because, in Trump’s words, “Apple Music is for democratic libtards.” It features Donald Trump on vocals, JD Vance on Guitar, Marjorie Taylor Greene on Piano, and Ted Cruz on drumset. Together, they are known as the Conspiracy Four, but are not credited as such, due to the fact that “no one is better than [Trump]” (Donald Trump, Fox News interview). It (the vinyl) was originally priced at $45, which, oddly enough, is a perfect multiple of Trump’s tax fraud fines. (Example: If the album would sell 10 million copies, he would pay off his tax fraud.) Critics have said this is just a “last ditch effort” to pay off his tax fraud. Trump oddly named it Now That’s What I Call Dementia, suggesting that his dementia is worse than expected. The album is the only one in the Now That's What I Call Music series written by only one artist, because there is no one else other than Trump. Trump is life.

Critics had mixed reception of this album. Some critics heavily praised the album, saying "It was the perfect thing to add to my house giant Trump shrine". Other critics said it "Is a waste of 45 dollars. I'd rather buy Nickelback." The critics voting records were not pulled, but assumed. The critics on the left are scared for their lives because of the Donald's plans.
