I uploaded a picture to this and this file from my computer. As you see it doesn't work. They are files with a .jpeg extension someone could tell me how to fix this or upload files properly?

Glad you got it straightened out, but the file page says your file 'may contain malicious code'. They were .pdn files (the default format of PaintDotNET), only with the .jpg extension. I deleted them.

I have the problem for real, I haven't been able to upload here in almost a year. Why? Why oh Why? I dunno. In fact if anyone wants to do some work there are about eight images from that cloud face page that have to be hauled over someday. I'll make a list of the files and add it to this post, so if someone has five hours or so, any help would be the bees knees and the cats pajamas. thanks. I was in the process of making a deal with Leverage to do it, then he got banned and left. Ruined all the fun.

Maybe you've got too many user rights? Are you trying to upload them by url, you know with the little url slot? You should be able to do that, since you're a rollbacker. You are a Goddess disguising yourself as a human. Thank you very very much. As for the pics, all I do is hit "upload" and do it the regular way, but the pictures will download only in the first slot but won't reach the second. I try every once in awhile (and tried today) but the same thing happens.
