I never went to U of Conn. but I can offer a few general suggestions: (1) Write an outline - include more than 2 sections to the article. Even humor writing benefits from an outline. (2)What is unique about UConn? High college tuition is common to more than one university, and that was true even 15 years ago when tuition was lower, but so were wages. (3) Which groups might be in on the "Con" part of U-Con(n)? It could be a "major conspiracy": exaggeration is one form of humor.
