Mouseover text[edit source]
The buttons by the edit window all have mouseover text when you are actually editing a page e.g. if you hover over 'Watch this page' it says 'Add this page to your watchlist [alt-shift-w]'. There ought to be a way to do that in the article. I know we could do <span title="insert mouseover text here"> for some stuff but I don't know how one would go about doing this for the buttons.
