If you 'delete' a page by blanking it, as with Bernard McMahon, anyone can revert it so it's not an effective way of getting rid of a page. If you add it to QVFD, adding a note that it's a 'request by author,' one of our admins will check the article is in fact yours and then delete it permanently.
