And for my unsolicited advice - what you have at the moment is a concept sketch, and not a very big one at that. It needs a lot more work done to it to make it a full article. There are a couple of questions you want to ask yourself about what you want to write:

The voice

Is this a straight encyclopaedic article (like Love) or is this in an alternative voice (like Crossbow or UnRecipe:Crunchy Beaver with Pine Gum Coulis). How you set the voice makes a big difference to the humour. My suggestion is go for the former rather than creating a character voice. A straight man can elicit more laughs, and is often easier to write.

The format

How is tis going to be set out. Have a look at a Wikipedia article about a TV personality like WP:Bear Grylls or WP:Steve Irwin. See how these are set out. As we are a parody of Wikipedia, start with a structure like theirs.

The joke

I usually try to have an article have an overarching joke. Something that subverts the readers expectations. Maybe throughout all this it comes across as a profile about a rough, tough survival guy, but whose exploits are actually fairly puny. And towards the end it twists so that you find out that he is actually a cross-dresser or something similar. (That's not the best idea, just my first one.)
