It's traditional to write most of an article yourself and then put it on pee review for tips to improve it, rather than thinking up a title and two sentences and getting other people to write the rest. The problem is it's currently so much in it's infancy that it's not at all clear where you're intending to go with it; at the moment it could be anywhere. You might get someone who wants to take it on but if you want it to be your article I suggest you put in more of your own ideas first.
