Removing ICUs[edit source]
Okay, so you say you "don't improve" pages. Please don't assume the rules don't apply to you though - we don't allow unreasonably short pages to stay because although in principle someone could come along and improve them, they very very rarely do, which leaves us with a rubbish stub of an article for years.
