The First Mistake was the first album made by me, otherwise known as Broke Jackpot. Recorded in 2025, this album confirmed over 3 singles, that include "Everybody's Crazy", "Jacob", and "Can We Make It?", and is considered to be the greatest hit from the artist at the time.

As an 11 year old, I was into Tyler, The Creator. I heard of him from Chromakopia's release, and I was kind of invested. Later, in 2025, turning 12, I was wondering if I could be somewhat like him. So I put my skills to the test. I started a session in March that would later be known as "the Big Money Sessions". I recorded over 100 demos that I thought would possibly work, somehow. Later in April, I abandoned the project for a solid 1 week, until I re-recorded 11 of the demos to make this album. I selected the best ones, which did include 14 songs, but I only limited it to 11.
