Story

After some years of peace some guy discovered Cross Gears, and some creatures such as Ballom had reincatnated into stronger forms. Then the light civilization started an experiment and created the strongest angel in the existence of duel masters, Alphadios. Then with a cross gear with the power of Petrova (Which granted invincibility), the light army started invading other civilizations and a war using cross gears has started. What everybody wasn't aware is the cross gears ran out of control and evolved which caused the Apocalypse. Then Phoenixes, which are super-beings from space invaded the world from a time space rift...

What actually happened

...It was not the end of Duel Master's own gamingpocalypse. Despite Bombazar was banned to only one copy, it did absolutely nothing and the gamingpocalypse continued. While Dorballom destroyed all players who did not use Darkness and Cross Gears were first features, aside of a few decks Cross gears were not featured and Dorballom won't have a chance to appear because it costed freaking 10. The thing that people were scared about...Is Bombazar.

Then DM-15 is released and Alphadios replaced Billion Degree Dragon as the strongest creature, at the power of 15500, exceeding 500 points. And unlike Billion Degree dragon it's not quasi-vanilla and in fact it will literally prevent you from doing anything if you don't play light. Speaking of this aside, in the 2005 Duel Masters tournament 99% of decks are Bombazar decks and due to this the Entire game was called "Bolbalmasters" and it all downs to who can bring out bombazar the fastest. Realizing they have to do something, TT built a hot spring resort and kicked it in so it would retire for good. (i.e. Banned forever.) But shortly after then A new menace known as "Bolmeteus sapphire Dragon appeared and this thing has 14000 power when attacking, speed attacker and thus can't get summoning sickness, and just like Bolmeteus Steel Dragon it sent shield that it broke into the graveyard, thus causing another meta-catastrophe.

And finally DM-17 was released, which introduced Evolution cross gears. But since almost the entire DM-17 was shite, with AAA+++ trash such as Meteorage Lizard and Astral Tempest, The Evolution cross gears are destined to be shite save for two and the only useful creature is some Eggplant.

Notable Cards

• Bombazar, Dragon of Destiny: Despite being banned to 1, it still lives on. It literally forced Takara Tomy to ban it completely.
• Dorballom, lord of demons: One of the greatest creatures to run the DM universe, it is drooled over by darkness fans since anybody who doesn't use darkness who ran into it will get destroyed because all their creatures and mana will be put into the graveyard. Not a big hit at that time but it soon will.
• Elupheus, Lord of Spirits: Forced all opposing creatures to bow to him which allows Auzesu (Which removes tapped creatures when one of your angel commands or demon commands attack) to pick them off later. And it's also an evolution creature and costed 5, and also evolves from Angel Commands, (Which are pretty expensive at that time.) But now it should be easy. Overall quite OP, but still.
• Alphadios, Lord of Spirits: The upgrade of Alcadeias, it prevented the opponent from summoning non-light creatures along with non-light spells, which means "You Die" for non-light using opponents. It also has the Highest power at that time at 15500. But just like Dorballom it costed 10 so it wasn't a big hit at that time, but later it does. Still not in the premium hall of fame after 9 years, however.
• Bajula's Soul: The cross gear version of Bajula, just like it's creature preincarnation it was restricted to 1 copy, which indicates that Bajula's effect is so immensely overpowered. Not to say it is crossed with Bombazar for extra Lulz as well.

Um...What? This thing is going to kill me?

• Aqua Patrol: Duel Master's biggest troll. And i mean it. It's ability is to shuffle all your opponent's shields into his deck and replaces them with the same amount of shields. While it seemed like a joke of a Very Rare just like Marching motherboard (Which is a piece of shite from DM-09) Later a creature known as "Last Avatar, Poseidon Dragon Spirit" made shields that are entering the Shield Zone go into the Graveyard so when it is in the battle zone and you put Aqua Patrol into the battle zone, all you opponent's shields actually GO TO THE GRAVEYARD and he will be left with no shields. Then it got banned completely and directly. While everybody wanted it to come back as it stops shield- based strategies, they were wrong because A weird old man appeared and he prevented anything from being placed anywhere without tapping mana. Therefore, It would actually SHUFFLE ALL THE OPPONENT'S SHIELDS BACK TO HIS DECK!! And it only costed 3 mana to add the cum on the wound, unlike Last Avatar that costed 7. Therefore, if Aqua Patrol gets unleashed again it will cause an even greater catastrophe than Bombazar. Now this is some hardcore trolling.
• Necrodragon Belzarogue: Troll of DM-15, is a quasi-vanilla Super Rare which appears in the REINCARNATION SAGA and not the beginner's block. Since it's in the same expansion as Alphadios and Bajula's soul, those who got it literally exploded due to Faggotry.
• Jenny, the dismantling puppet: One of the things that was thought to enter the hall of fame without exception, it hasn't even after 9 years. What it does is to Look and choose a card in the opponent's hand and discard it. So if your entire deck is based around one card and when this thing appears, it is about to screw your shit for good. And it's strangely the creature that DM players associate with Lolicon despite it's scary as shit. Sick Fucks.

But it really does.

• Pakurio: The same as Jenny aside of the fact that it puts cards into the shield zone. Use with Soulswap and Cyber N world for massive trolling!
• Meteorage Lizard: The Best creature in the game, it's the Supreme ruler of the world and all opponents who saw it literally got mind blown due to faggotry. Using it to win your opponent will grant a lulz point of +99999.
• Dandy Eggplant: used in many graveyard combos and was banned to 1 copy. Is once also the only useful card in DM-17 until Dual Shock Dragon appeared in 2 turns in rush decks.
• Dual Shock Dragon: Dragon that was once considered shite, but somehow became god in rush decks later, as something enabled it to appear in 2 turns from the start. An 8000 power creature in the 2nd turn is just bullshit.

Next
