User:Gale5050/Uncyclopedia:The Wikipedia Revolution on Uncyclopedia
This is an essay. It is not an ignorable policy on Uncyclopedia, so you should ignore it even more and disregard the mad ramblings of its writer. Or you could submit it as an Uncycloversity assignment in lieu of doing any actual work. |
Ever notice how, well, Uncyclopedia is becoming more like Wikipedia? Yeah, that ain't coincedence. Uncyclopedia used to not have any warning templates until 17:42 on June 28, 2020, when Whytheonlyone made his warning template, now uw-vandalism1 but not so in the past. Special:Permalink/5984926 is the very first warning template ever on Uncyclopedia.
Then Gale5050 came along and made his, but it has now been deleted. You can see this on a few talk pages, like User talk:Beer. However, this ceased existence as he became heavily sanctioned on September 28, and seemingly vanished, now it turns out he was evading as 67.85.37.186 and later HurricaneTracker495 and got caught and reblocked and relocked on December 26 and came back to Uncyclopedia, but January 5 was a big revolution. After RedWarn was imported on January 4, we got our first true warning templates! JJPMaster would begin the Wikipedia revolution to start off 2021.
Throughout January and February, numerous templates were imported, including {{atop}} and {{abot}}, {{hat}} and many more. There was a new section to UN:BP for RedWarn.
On February 25, extended confirmed and abusefilter helper were introduced! On February 28 Huggle released. Templates like {{cwa}} were used. Cassie and JJPMaster help shift us more to Wikipedia. On March 1, {{uw-username}} was released. There is definitely a trend becoming more common.
