I'm guessing it's a reference to the English group Fathers 4 Justice (a "political" group of fathers who feel they have been mistreated by the justice system and have had custody of their children taken from them) and their tendency to climb up things (such as Buckingham Palace [home of royalty]) dressed as comic-book heroes (Spiderman, Superman, etc.) for publicity stunts. <3 .talk.work.?pedia.$A_{ward}^{waits}$
