Perhaps[edit source]
this is a better version of this page? Puppy's comment was:
(cur | prev) 12:55, 30 January 2013 PuppyOnTheRadio (talk | contribs) . . (714 bytes) (-596) . . (Came here by accident. Reverted back to the Chronarion/Stillwaters version, with a tad more detail.)
Is all that stuff we have on this page now actually true? My understanding was that we were protected under parody, and could upload pretty much whatever we wanted. In hell they apparently don't feel the need to warn/scare potential file uploaders on their version of this page. Do we need to? If it was good enough for Chronarion/Stillwaters then... ? I probably don't understand what is going on... I did find it rather hard to find a link to the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 2.0 license in hell, yet it's easy to find here. Almost like hell are trying to hide it. I wonder why they would do that... ? JFC 12:25. Jun 6
- Campbell v. Acuff-Rose Music 510 U.S. 569 (thanks Jimbo Wales!) established that you could make mad stacks off commercial parody, so we're basically doing them a favor by impoverishing ourselves while mocking people. However if the Supreme Court decides the constitution is no longer dead and is instead, I assume, a zombie, then Sotomayor will impale it with a blade, Roberts will strike with a chainsaw and the 1st amendment will fly off into a pile of oil drums. Clarence Thomas will still be speechless. --Nikau (talk) 12:35, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
