Okay, well, first of all I'm not entiraly sure what Vice city is. But if it's something real it needs some steriotypes or it needs to parody something very well known about this place because some of the jokes went over my head. If it's something fictional than it needs somekind of setting, a line and preferably some pictures at the top just so you know what it's about.
