| Prose and formatting: | 8.5 | Grammar, style etc all correct and appropriate. Generally, I do not like the "we at UnNews" point of view; probably a personal quirk but perhaps worth mentioning. |

Thanks for the review. I was thinking to get this reviewed so I could self-nom it for feature, but it took a while and now it's kind of gone stale. Seems talk has moved on from the umpty-ump hundred billion tax dollars that I could have used some of, and now, nobody cares anymore, not even the ideologues. Oh, well.
