Pee Review isn't the place to come if you have no ideas. If you are starting an article, do it in your userspace (click your username in the top right of the screen, then in the browser address box, add /The_Departed and hit enter, then create the page there. This is your own personal sandbox where you can create what you like, and play with it until it is a decent article.
I recommend getting adopted by an established user. Go to your userpage and put {{Adoptme}} on it, then wait for a friendly soul to come along and take you on. You can then ask them for all sorts of help, including moving the article to your userspace for you so you can work on it without fear of deletion.
Also, this is a list of n00b friendly users - pop a question on their talk pages, and they'll try to help you out.
Finally, pay attention to that nice template Tom Mayfair left on your talk page, particularly HTBFANJS and Uncyclopedia:Beginner's Guide to Being an Uncyclopedian. They really do help.
