| Humour: | 5 | Well, while not laugh out loud material, the concept of the piece and the knowledge that the stormtrooper would be cut down as just another trooper during the course of the movie and the article kept me amused. The content of the article not so much, but I didn't get the injoke. Anyone who does may want to add 1.5 to my humour score there. Also, I noticed what the author did with the whole "Palpatine: A Republican" thing. Not necessarily a funny thing, the whole political thing, because it's a bit overdone. |
| Concept: | 7.5 | It's the concept that had me amused for most of the article. A random stormtrooper who had no real significance over the course of the film having an article written about him expanding his character and showing him as a real person who developed over time was amusing, especially when coupled with the thought that Luke Skywalker was just going to cut him down without thinking about that. However, the whole "He was different from the rest" thing? I think it would be better if all the stormtroopers had their own lives and plans and dreams and aspirations, especially seeing as they were all just killed thoughtlessly. |
| Prose and formatting: | 6 | Yeah, there isn't much to say here. Encyclopedic tone works, but this reads just a tad more like a biography than an encyclopedia entry. But it doesn't really matter. |
| Images: | 3.5 | I'm aware the article isn't done, but there's only really one picture, and it's not even that funny. It is relevant to the article, and it helps with the concept of "Another trooper shot down was a real person" and all, but the images aren't that great. |
| Miscellaneous: | 5.5 | Not a lot more to say, other than improvement is possible and necessary. |
| Final Score: | 27.5 | Well, this article is pretty ok and can have potential, but more humour needs to be added that stems from outside the original concept. |
