| Concept: | 7 | The entire article is based around one simple concept. The article succeeds, by-and-large. It's very original, with regard to the idea itself. I think the idea of people actually getting some kind of thrill off of the images is a funny one which was implied in the content, but perhaps should be explicitly explored in the article itself. You focused on the celebrities themselves, which works. If I were you, I'd rewrite those parts to seem even more like some strange lemon, although they work as they are. As I said, I'd focus parts of the article on why it's such a successful fetish in the first time. |
| Prose and formatting: | 5 | There are some mistakes in spelling (eg: "Brad Pit" as opposed to "Brad Pitt"), but not too many. They do need to be corrected, however. The paragraphs are far too short on their own. I'd combine different paragraphs and lengthen ones that can't be combined. This article has many sections given its length. The good news is, one could easily enough raise this to a "7" or higher. |
| Images: | 7 | They work, largely because they are all the same thing, but still work given the context and captioning. As a joke, you might insert an actual, full-color conservative photograph of a celebrity with a fitting caption towards the end. Just an idea, you may not like it. |
| Miscellaneous: | 7 | It's very different, and it does have good reason to succeed. A bit gassy, and I'd take care of the above, but I think it has a great deal of potential. |
| Final Score: | 34 | Well, that's about it. Although it certainly isn't feature worthy in its current state, I can definitely see it getting there. If you were to implement my suggestions and add anything you feel you could. I'd vote for it. Your work is cut out for you. Fortunately, I don't think you have much to worry about.
