Humour:	8	Overall, a very funny article with some fine jokes. It's certainly a massive improvement over the last two hunks of junk that our encyclopedia had to offer, and I commend you for that. However, I still think that there's a lot of unreached potential in the article. For instance, the only Justin Bieber song you mention is "Baby" which was released almost a year ago. He has come up with a lot of new stuff since then, like "Pray" which apparently resembles a charity single, and "Never Say Never", his high-profile 3-D documentary. I'm actually a bit surprised you didn't include references to these in your article, but I think they'd make for great jokes. You could also give some more coverage to Justin's relationship with Usher, given how he's supposed to be Bieber's mentor and all. Predictably, you have included some of the YouTube and talk show jokes about Justin Bieber. Frankly, given the extent to which he's been made fun of, I didn't expect you not to, but your description of how he turns on pre-pubescent girls and turns off grown men was excellent. So were your quips about how people often confuse him for a girl, a joke that has been done to death thanks to the incessant YouTube trolling. I suggest you expand on and polish up these jokes.
Concept:	7.5	The concept is good, but like I said, it could use some expansion. Your idea of how Justin Bieber can bring out such varied reactions in members of the two sexes, and how he's often mistaken for a woman is good, but I think this article needs more. I think you should check out what people have to say about his new songs, maybe include a few quips about what will happen if he hits puberty. With his voice cracking and him growing a beard, will his relationship with the two sexes change? If so, by how much? Given the caliber of your writing, I'm sure you could put these ideas to good use.
Prose and formatting:	9	Very well-written, especially in comparison to those two earlier hack-jobs. I'd only suggest you make it a little more encyclopedic in tone. Pretending to be neutral and unbiased and still take multiple digs at the pop-singer could work wonders for your article, not that you're not doing that already.
Images:	7	The images are good and well-captioned, but you could use more of them. I'd suggest you include pictures of hordes of fangirls crowding around him, and passing some snide jab, like "where are all the guys?" or something. A lot of it depends on what content you decide to add to the article, so I'll leave the rest up to you.
Miscellaneous:	8	"Justine Hermaphroditius Gaga Bieber". Seriously, where did that come from?
Final Score:	39.5	Overall, a well-written and funny article with a lot of potential to go further. I suggest you focus more on some of his later works, and try to work on that puberty angle. Expansion is what this article really needs, so I suggest you look at what his future might hold, his relationship with Usher, and his documentary. Who knows, if it grows up right, it might even become a feature!
