Electronic Arts, the world's largest video games manufacturer, has released the long-awaited EA Sports: NBA Fight Night '07 after long production delays. Said Producer Randall Naud, "We were holding off on the release until the game engine was really perfected. It was important to us that players be able to dunk, runs plays and throw punches just like the pros."
In NBA FN '07 players can choose from an expanded menu of hardcourt brawlers like Carmelo Anthony, Jermaine O'Neal, Rasheed Wallace and Ron Artest. "Also new for '07 is the ability to get coaches and owners into the melee action." Said Naud." We thought, sure, it's great when players knock each other's lights out, but what about Isiah Thomas and Mark Cuban? Why can't they throw haymakers? The point is, we wanted the action to be as real as possible."
NBA Fight night takes it's place along side other EA classics like EA Sports: NHL Walkout and EA Sports: MLB: Steroid Abuse.
