UnGames:Make it to Ketchikan/HomelessShelter

Unfortunately, there's not much of a homeless population here in Ketchikan (unlike Anchorage), so there was no need for Ketchikan to build any sort of shelter.

Well, there is one homeless man in all of Ketchikan, but he's proud of it. He's even got a shirt that says "VAGRANCY ROCKS!"

So, you'd best keep looking around if you wanna sustain a future in the City of Salmon.
