The strange man leads you to his even stranger bunker. Several strange symbols and graffiti covers the walls.

Now that Luna's gone we have other problems to worry about. The UN has shown interest in expanding the bunker project into a refuge for all of humanity, not just Moccasinia. That green symbol, with the three dots under the triangle, was used by the Moccasinian Department of Defense under Jacques Noir. Moccasinia hated it due to its lack of moccasins.”
