- The feature has nothing to do with the number of against votes but with the overall total. As this had enough for votes to get above +10 it total, it's featured. Quasi is set if, at the time of the removal from the voting, the total number of votes equals to at least a half from the number of the current featured article. Again, has nothing to do with the against votes. ~
