Humour:	6	It has some parts that are worth a sensible yet reserved laugh/chuckle. Frankenstein going to court ordered therapy is nothing short of absurd and is rather brimming with some great comedic potential, but doesn't really do much with it. There's also quite a bit of crassness which can be funny when used in certain situations, but it sort of feels like it was put in for the hell of it. I can see what you were going for, but the rather reserved writing style doesn't really work well with the humor
Concept:	7	As I said above, Frankenstein going to a shrink is a very innately funny concept, but it doesn't really go anywhere. He's supposed to be "The mad doctor," yet he's written more like a conniving trickster than an actual mad doctor.
Prose and formatting:	3	I'm gonna be brutally honest here: the prose here is pretty bad. The grammar is a step above incomprehensible, the writing doesn't help the humor of the article flow, formatting is okay, not much wrong there. I feel like the writing style and voice here is the main offender, coupled with the bad grammar, and it really doesn't help Frankenstein. He's written as if he's desperately trying to convince you he's insane, but it just doesn't flow well at all.
Images:	0	No images; I understand not having any Photoshop skills or no idea what to put as images, and that's okay. However, a good idea is to take normal, nothing special images and add a snappy or humorous caption under them, trust me, it can do so much for an article.
Miscellaneous:	4	The quality of this article is really lacking, it could use some more snappiness perhaps, or some more wit. You're trying to write about a man that's mental stability has pretty much gone out to lunch; maybe write a bit more how the general public reacts to him, or make the therapist in the story more reserved, stoic and nonchalant to make for a sharper contrast against Frankenstein.
Final Score:	20	The framework for a good article is here, the concept is very good, the amount of potential here is good, you just have to settle into a style that fits the concept. You have an absolute madman to work with, go nuts with him, try to go completely ball to the walls insane with what he does, or make him a misunderstood genius. The possibilities here are endless.
