I don't think there should be heavy proof-reading of this article.

The grammatical errors make the article funny and make it seem "authentic", as if someone from Zimbabwe, who might not be so well-lettered, wrote it.

Humour:	8	The humor factor is well-introduced by the green box at the top of the article, and the rest of it just reinforces the intro. However, the "bash the dictator" mentality is a bit overdone.
Concept:	8	While it's always fun to go after a psychopathic dictator, I think you and the rest of Uncyclocommunity is overdoing it. Please, just finish the articles that are already there (VFH them all) and don't write any new ones. Seriously, what will you do when he dies? I don't think he will live another 10 years.
Prose and formatting:	8	Very minor writing errors. It's good for a person who is not a native speaker. You do need some proofreading, but you don't need as much as you think you do.
Images:	8	The photoshopping of the one picture with Mugabe looks really bad. It might also help to add one more picture, towards the bottom of the article. The other pictures look very good.
Miscellaneous:	6	Don't write a "conclusion" section; it's not very appropriate in these types of articles. Like I said in the other peer review, it will also help if you add more "Trivia" and other extra sections. Fake sources cited or footnotes would finish up the humor rather nicely.
Final Score:	38	Please, no more Mugabe jokes. Enough is enough.
