Talk:KITTENHOEFFER magazine stand

Based on the true story of my Argos TV stand that really did require a bloody power drill, my MALM bed (which collapsed due to having been designed by a moron) and my JERKER computer desk. Really, it's called JERKER. Great computer desk, though, once you get it built. My wife goes to IKEA and I stay at home, whimpering and rocking from side to side. - David Gerard 11:40, 11 Apr 2005 (EDT)

=/ I guess its ok --Nytrospawn 13:02, 11 Apr 2005 (EDT)
*sob* - David Gerard 13:33, 11 Apr 2005 (EDT)

Well I likes it. You are quite clearly a deeply scarred individual and it's an utter crime that the people responsible aren't assisting in your rehabilitation. Article needs a pic though. Do you have a photo of your Kittenhoeffer? --Machinecurse 18:25, 11 Apr 2005 (EDT)

I need a scanner, and I also need to know what font Ikea use for the titles of the leaflets. I'm thinking of a bogus front page for the KITTENHOEFFER, with a coffee cup ring and some dried blood dripped on it. Also a scan of the smiling Swedish guy on page two — the "shit, it broke" pic, with red spirals for eyes and blood dripping down his chin. Caption: "Page six." - David Gerard 06:59, 12 Apr 2005 (EDT)

Well, I laughed. Lots. Are you talking about my Argos shelves and CD rack, btw? (I wouldn't have an electric screwdriver if it weren't for those. Covert

A TV stand which looked nice on the website and really bloody cheesy in real life. Ikea is bad, but MFI/Argos/etc. are worse - David Gerard 06:59, 12 Apr 2005 (EDT)
Shouldn't it involve kittens? I thought a maybe a photoshopped kitten either upside down with magazines perched between its legs, or hollow with the magazines inserted in the top. Or have I missed part of the joke, and it's not actually meant to be a magazine stand? --Clanger 07:10, 12 Apr 2005 (EDT)
Dunno. It was a red link on the front page when IKEA was the feature, and someone had created a one-line bit of rubbish that got deleted, so I opened it up and inspiration flowed from every bit of IKEA I'd ever assembled. And, of course, the idea of kitten huffing is inherently funny - David Gerard 05:58, 13 Apr 2005 (EDT)
Nah, the joke is that the names for IKEA furniture have absolutely no bearing on what they are. --Machinecurse 11:21, 14 Apr 2005 (EDT)
Well, this explains it all. --Clanger 11:28, 14 Apr 2005 (EDT)
Exactly. No bearing at all on what they are. Although technically Kittenhoeffer refers to an occupation so this should be a bookshelf...--Machinecurse 22:05, 14 Apr 2005 (EDT)

KITTENHOEFFER reminds me of names of furniture from the sims :-P--Chronarion 13:37, 12 Apr 2005 (EDT)

I guess its not a good idea to browse uncyclopedia while watching porn =( --Nytrospawn 13:42, 12 Apr 2005 (EDT)
