Plants vs Zombies war (Walkthrough)/Chapter 1
NOTES: Read the List of plants and List of zombies before reading this.
Now that you've read that TL;DR list of shit that you would have to pay to win, let's go into the actual walkthrough. Be prepared, this will be grade A torture, comparable to a chain scam like the grand palace scam. If you still want to be scammed because you are a masochist, then you can go play this game while reading this walkthrough. It would be painful and will draw your wallet dry, however.
Levels[edit | edit source]
Level 1-1[edit | edit source]
The game starts with Dr. Zomboss in the world graveyard, where he sends his legions of zombies against the world. In 5 days, America, England, Japan and China were conquered and according to crazy Dave, you are the only one who can stop him. You were given a peashooter, and here we go.
- Zombies: Regular Zombie (5 only)
- Unlocked plants: Sunflower
Follow the instructions. There is only 1 lane, the zombies will not appear before the second peashooter, and there are only 5 zombies. The final wave consists only of 3 zombies, so it's simple.
Level 1-2[edit | edit source]
- Zombies: Regular Zombie
- Unlocked plants: Wall-nut
Now you will have 3 lanes.
Plant sunflowers first as you will need them. After planting about 3 sunflowers, the first zombies will appear and plant peashooters to kill them. Nothing all too difficult. Just make sure that you have 3 peashooters in a lane and you win.
Level 1-3[edit | edit source]
- Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie
- Unlocked plants: Potato mine
- Waves: 1
This level has a steep difficulty curve compared to the previous one; 3 zombies per lane start to appear, and in the final wave, 15 zombies will appear per lane. Be prepared to have a tough fight.
Level 1-4[edit | edit source]
- Zombies:Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie
- Unlocked items: Shovel
- Waves: 1
Now if you don't feel a sign of hopelessness, it's your weird problem. Now this level is just like the previous level, so do the same strategy.
Level 1-5[edit | edit source]
- Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie, Buckethead Zombie
- Unlocked items: Power ups, store
This level will teach you how to use power-ups. In order to use power-pinch, pinch a zombie in the neck to destroy it. In order to use power toss, swipe a zombie to toss it around and twice to fly it away. And to use power zap hold on a zombie to electrocute it. Just as simple as that.
Level 1-6[edit | edit source]
- Zombies: Regular zombie, Conehead Zombie, Solar zombie
- Unlocked plants: Cabbage-pult
- Waves: 2
This is where things start to become pay-to-win. It is strongly advised that you buy some coins, plants, whatever from the store because zombies literally swarm in after the 5th group of zombies spawn. There are like 20 zombies per lane after the 5th group so pour in the cherry bomb when this happens. What's worse, a new zombie known as the solar zombie will appear, and what it does is to steal your sun just like the Ra zombie from PVZ2, but after it steals 6 sun, it shoots a laser beam from its sun collector and will destroy all your plants in that lane instantly. With a zombie as powerful as that, who would not want to pay after boiling themselves in a blast of rage? Absolutely nobody. Aside that you don't play this game which is strongly recommended.
Level 1-7[edit | edit source]
- Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie, Solar Zombie
- Unlocked plants: Repeater
- Waves: 3
- Notes: Zombies start to drop coins and plant food in this level
If you are not giving up at this point you surely will. But if you have paid them lots of shit, it's giving up at 6 minutes, instead of 50 seconds. Zombies will also drop coins past this point, but you won't get a chance to use them, unless you bought coins, as there are possibly only 2 silver coins which are worth nothing. Against the 5 solar zombies that appear in the final wave, just block it from stealing sun and hope for the best. If he destroys your plants then let the lawnmowers run over it.
Level 1-8[edit | edit source]
- Zombies: Regular zombie, Conehead Zombie, Buckethead zombie
- Unlocked plants: Beet
- Waves: 2
Don't be fooled, the buckethead zombies in this game don't take 65 hit to kill; they take 70. And what's worse when they come in hordes? The microtransactions! Anyway, there isn't even time to save up sun and just get things up quick. Get up a few peashooters and possibly repeaters, and cringe in the face of such asinine heresy of 15 zombies coming in a lane. Anyone who survived this possibly used a few winter melons, alongs with gianuts, and among other paid stuff along with a few coins.
Level 1-9[edit | edit source]
- Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie, Buckethead Zombie, Solar Zombie
- Unlocked items: Note
- Waves: 3
A buckethead zombie will appear as the second zombie but this is no worry. The worry is after this a column of solar zombies will appear, followed by a buckethead zombie and a conehead zombie per lane, then after that is a full fledged attack of insane wrath! If you win this without a power toss or nuke, you are truly insane. Possibly you even lost a few lawn mowers.
Level 1-10[edit | edit source]
- Zombies: Regular Zombie, Conehead Zombie, Buckethead Zombie, Gargantuar
- Plants in conveyor belt: Potato mine, Wall-nut, Beet, Repeater, Cabbage-pult
- Unlocked plants:Puff-shroom
- Waves: 2
GARGANTUARS! And there are 5 of them, 1 per lane in the final wave! Don't worry, you will get a lot of plant food (compared with most of the game), and legions of zombies tend to distract you from using them against the gargantuars, so be prepared with the lawnmower option or zap/nuke the gargantuars when needed.
Now this Is the end of the chapter, but we are not over yet! You will have to collect 27 stars to go to the next stage or pay them 6 USD, so for more see Mini Games and Stars.
