Yeah the cats are overused, but please consider it anyway; isn't this ridiculously fitting to the policy?

Obvious place would be Beginner's Guide/Serious, OTOH this might overload that page with the word "serious". So maybe add it somewhere in UN:HTBFANJS?

I think it's a safe bet that this picture is serious enough for Wikipedia. --
