It is October 24. That means it's time for the ☭ctober Revolution. But the main page hasn't been reskinned. FIX THIS NOW.

(I say "repeat myself" because I already commented on Talk:Main Page and User talk:Codeine. The latter because Codeine, being an admin, has the authoritAH for a reskin.)
