A 1990's website, or simply 90's website, is a form of semi-modern art, commonly found on this radical new thing called the Internet. A 90's website typically consists of colorful backgrou nds, excess amounts of gifs, MS Paint art, and if you're lucky, you might find a little bit of text here and there.

90's websites continued to be created, even after the end of the 90's. It was well into the 2000's and 2010's when big businesses suddenly collectively decided that ridiculous levels of plainness and simplicity was the greatest way to attarct visitors and look "professional". And then all the amateurs who couldn't think for themselves copied this philosophy, and I guess that's how the internet got so boring-looking, apparently.
