Welcome to My Blue Discussion Page! It's Blue! Really Blue! Wow!

“There's no denying it. This page is really blue.”

Self-Welcomes are Sometimes Needed

I don't know if there's a welcoming committee here, so I'm taking the liberty of defying logic and welcoming myself.

WILD WEASEL: Hey there!
WILD WEASEL: Huh?
WILD WEASEL: Welcome to the Uncyclopedia!
WILD WEASEL: Oh.
WILD WEASEL: Something the matter?
WILD WEASEL: No. I'm good...I'm fine. Good.
WILD WEASEL: Oh! Well, glad to hear you're doing well. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask yourself!
WILD WEASEL: What?
WILD WEASEL: Yes?
WILD WEASEL: How would I ask myself a question?
WILD WEASEL: Keep doing what you're doing.
WILD WEASEL: Keep doing what what I'm doing!?
WILD WEASEL: That's the spirit!

Big Bag o' Kudos

Love what you've done to Where Crime was Invented, looks like a half decent article now. :) -- Sir Mhaille Icons-flag-gb.png (talk to me)

Hey, thanks, Mhaille, I just try to be funny. Do I succeed? Sometimes. Still, as always, aiming for "most of the time." ^_^ — — 2nd Lt. Sir David, the Weasel of Wild KUN VFH FP Icons-flag-us.png Fire! 01:02, 23 Nov 2005 (UTC)

You Remind Me of the Babe

Heh... yeah, I wish I could take the credit for the gif, but I stumbled across it randomly, and decided, "What better way to show my allegiance to the Goblin King?" Just remember kids -- Jennifer Connelly, though she may be teh hotness, showed extremely poor judgement in choosing that smelly, ugly troll baby. Don't let it happen to you!--King In Yellow 13:49, 30 Dec 2005 (UTC)

  • Ah. I thought I'd seen .ogg before, but was mildly shocked to see open or save to disk when I clicked the link. Paranoia about viruses and all that, see. But thanks for the info. — — 2nd Lt. Sir David, the Weasel of Wild KUN VFH FP Icons-flag-us.png Fire! 13:33, 13 Jan 2006 (UTC)

Master o' Puppets!

  • Ha! I've been accused of alot, but not that! I'll post my reply here, as well as on my talk page (in case we're not watching both!) QVFD is actually easier than VFD. All one has to do is head to da QVFD page, find the appropriate date, and then insert the offensive dreck-article's name under said date (with proper wikilinking, of course.)) Then it's just wait until Flammable, Gwax, Codeine or another hunter-killer takes care of the problem for ya.
I'm a great admirer of your burninations as well, and often look to your votes on VFD before casting my own, as you seem to have a similar taste in humor to my own. --King In Yellow 18:22, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for the compliment; I noticed we might share a similar sense of humor. Always good to find a kindred spirit in this sometimes humorless world.
It's strange - the lust for burninanting didn't hit me until a few weeks ago, and I admit I'm kind of addicted. But I think we're doing good, even if some feelings get hurt along the way. Keep up the good work! — WILD WEASEL 18:30, 26 January 2006 (UTC)

Babel:Es/Simón Bolivar

Why don't you like Babel:Es/Simón Bolivar? I happen to think the line Desde que llego Chavez al poder en Venezuela, Simón Bolivar dejó de existir is funny enough to be "redeeming". – 128.151.92.148 18:45, 5 February 2006 (UTC)

God loves Wild Weasels

I'm looking forward to your article on Fred Phelps' "church", if you can call it that. As a Christian myself, the guy is an embarassment to all I hold dear. Please fold, spindle, and mutilate the bastard beyond all reason. And if anyone asks, you're on a mission from God. -- Sir BobBobBob ! S ? [rox!|sux!] Prince%21.gif 15:12, 7 February 2006 (UTC)

  • (salutes) Thanks, Bob3, I'll try not to disappoint. I think I was vaguely aware of this *ahem* gentleman in the past and then started reading about him in depth today. I'm a bit numb, because he really is a disgrace to, well, Western civilization as a whole. In the next few days, I shall figure out a way to rain Uncyclopedic wrath upon him and his "ministry". — WILD WEASEL 15:20, 7 February 2006 (UTC)
  • For reference, there's an NPR audio piece on him from yesterday available here: "As Atlanta readies for Coretta Scott King's funeral Tuesday, police brace for Fred Phelps and members of his Kansas church.". Enjoy, to whatever extent you may enjoy being told you and everyone you know is going to Hell for your failure to hate what his God hates. I'm pretty certain he's not talking about any God I've met. I strongly suspect mine even likes Furries. -- Sir BobBobBob ! S ? [rox!|sux!] Prince%21.gif 16:34, 7 February 2006 (UTC)
And remember, "Westboro Baptist Church" is an anagram for "Christ shat up cobweb rot." --The King In Yellow (Talk to the Dalek.) 21:00, 22 February 2006 (UTC)

QVFD Bungle!!

Heyaz, WW, erm... Grizzly! I just got your message about the QVFD botch (I replied on my talk page, so I won't repeat myself here.) It looks like both Dutch wife and The Chindizian War got NRVed instead of wiped. With the former, it's a miscarriage of justice, but the second one has been expanded greatly. Still, it's not particularly good, but it's no longer insta-huffable. Maybe regular VFD? Ah, the prolific crap of youth! Anywho, you were right on the money! Keep hackin'! --The King In Yellow (Talk to the Dalek.) 14:17, 13 February 2006 (UTC)

Hey.

I added a pic to your amazingly accurate Fred Phelps biography. Huff it if you don't like it, I thought it was funny. Also, I was reading your user page and figured you were from Kansas until I saw Arthur Treachers then I thought Florida for sure. But I imagine they have have them elsewhere. I know...you grew up in Kansas and moved to Florida, am I right? -- – Mahroww a.k.a. Hoyetii “Art” Emerson  07:01, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

XD... Dude, that picture is awesome. Thanks - no need for huffing. And good guesses on where I'm from, but I'm actually from New York. — WILD WEASEL

Your Comments to Faster Pussycat Kill Kill

I laughed more at your comments to FPKK than I did your Westboro Baptist Church article. And I'm not saying that to knock you, it's a compliment. Good to see people sticking up for their humor, I didn't vote against your article even though I didn't find it funny, because I could still see the effort, and realize that other people might find it funny. I still need to get off my tookus and write something feature worthy. Let me know if you wish to collaborate on anything.--Claudius Prime 20:52, 16 February 2006 (UTC)

Prime - Wow, I've never collaborated with anyone here. If you have some ideas, shoot 'em my way - I tend to write about totally random shit, so a little direction might be worthwhile.
Oh, and thanks for the vote of confidence about Westboro - I didn't come here looking for attention - BobBobBob nominated my article, and it seems half a dozen folks have enjoyed it - but when some random dude comes out of nowhere and tells you your work is shit, I feel I need to know why. In the meantime, rock, rock on. — WILD WEASEL 22:35, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
I'm going to go vote for your article now. *smile* I will let you know, I just finished Virgil, and now I'm thinking about working on Pablo Neruda, or Enron (the present Enron article sucks, someone needs to write an article really lambasting Lay & Skilling). If I'm working on anything you want to pitch in on, let me know sir.--Claudius Prime 16:55, 17 February 2006 (UTC)

Enron, Post Scandal

Sounds good, I will take post scandal, if you would like to get started on pre-scandal. I would suggest scrapping everything they have already written and begin again (that's what I usually do..), the picture might be useful later though. Thank you for the compliments on Virgil. One idea I had was setting up Enron like a bank that was robbed by a "white collar gang" of criminals led by Skilling, Lay etc. Just a thought. I think the white collarness of not being white collar motif could be funny. This will be my first collaboration too, should be fun. One thing is certain- Skilling, Lay etc need to be vilified to the max. COBRA!!!!! --Claudius Prime 17:56, 17 February 2006 (UTC)

Re: A Refugee or a Guest?

Oh, haldo there, Thesmokingmonkey. To answer your question: a guest. I'm sad not seeing you on HRWiki anymore. You were one of our favorites. But everybody has different tastes. Nice seeing you here. I have a favor to ask, could you see you HRWiki talk page? Only E.L.Cool's post is relevant. Adios amigo. —BazookaJoe 22:35, 19 February 2006 (UTC)

Wow, thanks! That looks so much better. I laughed a coupla times. —BazookaJoe 15:55, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
Glad to be of help, Joe. 2nd lt. sir wild weasel kun vfh fp Icons-flag-us.png sex & violence! 15:35, 22 February 2006 (UTC)

Thundercats Ho!!!

Hey I like the premise of the pre-scandal Enron article A LOT. Very cool. I will start work on post-scandal today or tomorrow... --Claudius Prime 14:32, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

I Heart Enron!

Hey thanks, but I've got a long way to go on my side of the article, what you've done thus far- Wow! I liked the addition of James Frye as lead writer! What a boob that guy is. Where is the talk page for Enron, I'm not very good with all the formatting and "computer stuff". When I'm finished with my section I will let you know, and you can give the entire article one more edit.--Claudius Prime 15:20, 22 February 2006 (UTC)

Sounds good. On the article page, the tab just to the right of "user page" is "discussion". Click that to see the "talk" page. On Enron's talk page, the original author seems to have taken offense with our revision, or at least accusing our version of being less funny than his. I disagree. WILD WEASEL 15:31, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
Todd Lyons was gracious enough to create an amusing template for the Enron page linking it to the talk page at my request. Onion Blaster continues to protest...good! :)--Claudius Prime 21:13, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
