At Uncyclopedia, writing articles is not a requirement, but it certainly is a fun and easy way to express your creativity. To write an article, it's recommended that you start it in your userspace (for example, User:Wack Broomhead/Article about stuff) so you can edit it at your leisure. If you decide to create it in the cold world of mainspace, make sure it is in accordance with the policies laid out above, and if you're not done put the "Work-In-Progress" template - {{construction}} - onto it as well.

If the current colonization doesn't suit your fancy, then browse our rewrite and idea categories. We have lots of articles just sitting around for someone to improve, so don't be afraid - dive right in!

1. To reply add a colon (:) for each indent you want then sign your reply with four tildes (~) 2. Make sure to read that nice thing Zombiebaron put at the top of your page. He put it there to help. 3. Images can be placed by putting two brackets ([) then File:(Image name) then you have to the side you want it on, the word "thumb", the size you want it in pixels (i.e. 150px) then the caption each one of these separated by a line (|) then end with two close brackets. Wack Broomhead Prefers Taking Like This

Because this makes me feel more...umm...important?

And btw, I have this idea on creating a page on Maxim Gorky because, you know, his name rhymes with MAximum Dorky:). But that's about all the idea I've got. So if anyone has more ideas on this stuff, can they create the page? I'll help contribute when I get some fresher ideas. Creating a page now feels like more than I can handle because I just joined...

If you want to create a page you can just make it in your userspace with User:Wack Broomhead/whatever and it won't get deleted or anything. Great place for a first article as almost 100% of first articles are deleted (mine was, and boy was it a bad one.) (talk) 05:51, March 10, 2011 (UTC)

I honestly have no idea who this is, so all my contributions would be crap. I also have other stuff I'm writing right now so I'm a bit busy. However, when you feel like you've finished, or if you've just run out of ideas then come down to Pee Review with it and I'll take a look (but don't expect me to be super nice, I rarely give scores that I feel are undeserved. problem is, I don't know much about the guy either, except that he was a writer, Russianski, and that he has a very weird and funny name! but maybe I'll do that stuff later, I want to start small...!Wacko! 08:40, March 10, 2011 (UTC)
