Basically, you create your sig page here, and edit how you want your signature to look. For the American flag, you copy and paste this image: 
. That way you can show off your American pride to everyone.
After you're done pimping out your sig, go to the My Preferences link at top. In the space after Nickname, write {{subst:nosubst|User:St0DaD/sig}} When you do that, your sig will appear everytime you hit ~~~~.
