MrX, The way I do it is by using a gadget that you can enable by going to Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-gadgets and checking "Add a clock in the personal toolbar that displays the current time in UTC. Hey Cassie, thanks for helping out with all this. One quick thing, you are joking about the edit summaries, right? You do realize that Gale5050 was just looking for a petty reason to criticize me, right? For example, at the time I'm writing this, if you click on my contributions and look at my past 50 edits, you'll see I used an edit summary in 11 of them, Gale5050 has 12.

I'm sorry you feel I'm being too harsh with Gale5050. Just in case you're not aware (I know you do an excellent, thorough job with everything here, but just in case), Gale5050 has been a problem that Zombiebaron and I (among others) have been dealing with since last August, when on his second day here he started trying to clean things up and remove cussing from a variety of pages, including at least one Uncyc policy/information page and my own user page. If you look through his talk page history, you'll see that on many occasions I was very kind and encouraging with Gale5050. My problem with him isn't just his bad reverts and VFDs, but mainly the way he deals with other people here. As you can see from our recent discussion on his talk page, I pointed out a clear and undeniable mistake he made. Rather than simply acknowledge the mistake, he refused to listen (again) and tried to bring up irrelevant stuff (again). You've said that Gale5050 seems to be here with good intentions. I respectfully disagree. I believe Gale5050 is here because of his obsession with Wikipedia, and he views Uncyclopedia as a Wikipedia-lite to use until he gets back on Wikipedia one way or another. I do not believe he cares about us, which is why the last time he was able to return to editing Wikipedia, he changed his user page to say "I am basically retired. I will rarely dip in. I have better things to do."

As for the recent sanctions and warning, well, Gale5050 was just warned 3 days ago, and he started violating his sanctions less than 24 hours after acknowledging them the first time last September, so I remain doubtful (but hopeful) that this will be effective. Above all else, I respect your decision and thank you again for all your help.

I hope it works too. I usually always try to go as light as possible, unless absolutely necessary. That's why I specifically chose to prevent Gale from being able to perform "negative" actions (e.g. deletion, rollback) minus within a few specific circumstances; it's to force 'em to do more "positive" actions (e.g. writing new articles). No, Gale5050, you're wrong again. That kind of revert does not require an edit summary, because it's obvious what I was doing. As for following up the revert with a warning, I pretty much never do that when the editor is an IP with only one edit, because it's usually a waste of time. The first was a test edit, no harm in saying "Rv test edit", and relating to the warnings, it's not pointless because while IPs change, some are static. Hey @WohMi: you're probably referring to this template, {{Offensive}}, which Cassie added to my article on Female genital mutilation before she nominated it for VFH, both of which I appreciated. I always have fun here, but to be honest, writing that article and doing the research for it was a little soul-crushing. Seriously, FGM is a way bigger problem than I realized. My new template

Hey, wanna try out my new Timezone template? After a while of fixing everything (the time module was being weird), I've finally made it work. No, it calculates the time by the timezone increment (my experiment to have it work out the offset by timezone name failed miserably), so you'll have to manually adjust daylight saving time. The template is based on the Mediawiki time module, which isn't designed to calculate timezones, so yeah you'll have to do it by yourself. YORG.io

Do you play YORG.io? I love that game because it has three main challenges. The first is, of course, zombies. But they are not too bad.

On Day 10 or so, the base upgrades to level 4. Zombies haven't evolved at all. On Day 20, the base upgrades to level 7. Zombies evolved a little, but are still weak. Then upgrades slow down. On Day 50, the base is level 10, and zombies are not too strong to handle. You think, the game is so easy! You're wrong. Soon you'll have to face a new challenge: boredom.

On Day 200, you conquer the whole map. Then the monotony begins. On Day 205, it is totally monotonous. Nights are almost identical to each other. On Day 210, things get interesting again, not because of the boss that appears, but because of another challenge: finding words to describe your boredom.

So you searched Uncyclopedia and found this text: "On Day 10 or so, the base upgrades to level 4. On Day 20, the base upgrades to level 7, and zombies are still weak. Then upgrades slow down. Go to https://yorg.io and don't play yorg3.io. I think yorg3 is not funny at all. Also, what I described is in regular mode. Easy mode is similar. In hard mode, however, few people can survive 100 days. I recommend beginners to play regular mode. Uncyclopedia has been on a growth spurt as of recently, and as such, we are introducing a brand new feature to the table tonight: Huggle! Yes, the same tool you know and love from Wikipedia has made its way into the Uncyclomedia Foundation's impenetratable walls.

Huggle makes it easy to revert vandalism, leave messages to users and basically speedily process edits here on Uncyclopedia. You may also use it to block users and do other things, if you are a sysop!

To use Huggle, you must be both extended-confirmed (having 500 edits and 30 days' existence), and you must also have rollback rights. If you are an admin who does not have either of these rights, feel free to grant them to yourself. Some features, such as page protection and user blocking, are locked behind the walls of adminship.

Hey @Wikipedia Be Sucking: yes, it is very okay to create controversial articles. In fact, we have a contest kinda devoted to it every now and then. While we are a comedy website, we do try to not be too horrible, especially with something like that, but you can definitely create an article about George Floyd. If it is deemed overly racist, it might get deleted, but as long as it's funny without being totally bigoted, it should be fine. You might wanna check out Black Lives Matter if you haven't already. There's absolutely no reason we shouldn't have a Floyd article. Just make sure it is helarious and be careful how you write it. Almost always with articles related to a marginalised group, you should always make it sympathetic to the marginalised group or point out the injustice of how they are treated even if the narrative seems shocking or racist. South Park does this really well quite a lot, where it seems like it's a racist or sexist trashing on the surface but in reality (sometimes without realising it) it's demonstrating the unfairness or stupidity of racism or sexism. Yeah I would definitely point out how ridiculous and avoidable his death was, as well as how I don’t think the cops normally get called when someone tries to use a counterfeit bill at a convenience store. Like, wouldn’t they give him the benefit of the doubt? Maybe he didn’t know? Not saying he didn’t do that intentionally, but it seems like something not worth calling the cops over in my opinion. Hey! So, as it stands, the article is a little shorter than I'd like for a VFH. This article definitely has the potential to be featured, but it needs some work. I'd recommend expanding it first, and I'd also recommend toning down at least one of the femdem quotes (but this isn't necessarily a must-do). Don't worry, I'm not a fan of Hillary or Nancy. While going-off-the-rails anger is funny, being closer to the truth is often funnier. So reworking those quotes to make it sound like something they "might" say in an actual press conference is usually funnier. It could also be really funny to have one of those quotes stay the same tho. Maybe leave Nancy's quote as is and then have Hillary says something like "Ok, settle down Nancy, good girl, yes that's a very good girl..." or maybe just have her reiterate the same thing without caps. There's a lot of different ways you could go with this.

@Wikipedia Be Sucking: Hey! So you've done a good job improving the article, but I'd say it still needs more work before getting featured. It's still a little on the short side. Also, there are formatting issues that are kind of related to the short length. There are lots of big white gaps between the quotes and images. Adding some more content will help with that. Another issue is that the whole humor and concept of the article are a little scattered and random. Going from a parody/satire on Women's Day to Wikipedia nuking the world isn't impossible, and it certainly can be funny in and of itself, but that big of a leap isn't the type of thing that usually gets featured. I would consider trying to rein this puppy in a bit and give it a more clear direction if you want it to get featured, but you don't exactly have to do that if you think it's funny as is. A lot of my articles don't have perfectly coherent concepts, and that's okay. But they're also not feature, and that's okay too. @Wikipedia Be Sucking: Hey, it looks like the problem was that you didn't type File: before the file name. Also, putting a space between the .png and the |thumb... may have been a problem too. As for an "archive bot", do you mean a bot to archive your talk page? Cuz I don't think we have any here. I know Wikipedia does, but I'm pretty sure we don't. I just archived my talk page manually by creating a page titled User talk:MrX/archive2020 (I chose years cuz it worked nicely, but you can number/name your archives whatever you like) and then copying and pasting everything. Hi MrX,

First of all, I must apologize for any failure on my end to correctly moderate everything that is going on between Gale5050 and other editors on the site (including you and Shabidoo). I have been particularly lenient towards Gale in the hopes that he will improve, but I do not know how to apply sanctions in a way that would improve his behavior (trust me, I've tried!). Excessively punitive punishment may result in worse behavior later on, and overly lenient punishment, which is the way I have attempted to proceed so far, seems to not be helping either. I'm still trying to find a good balance, and as such, owing to the severity of what happened earlier today, which I have failed to grasp when adding the sanctions earlier today, I will undo many of the actions against Gale I have taken today (including the interaction ban, which I hastily accepted owing to JJPMaster's suggestion, and will impose a 48-hour part. block (nothing but userspace), per sanctions, in order to aid Gale in no longer performing non-productive, often excessively overreaching edits as has been the case on several occasions.

Recent Shootings

I think we should create a memorial of some sort to honor the dead people from the shootings, and place it in the news, whattya say? Hey! So to my knowledge we don't have any sorts of memorials or things like that (i.e. things that are only memorials with no comedy). It could potentially kinda start a slippery slope. Once we have a memorial for one thing, we'll have to have more and more. However, satirizing the shooters is a great idea. And if you wanna see a good example of a way to honor the dead and write something funny, take a look at one of the many great pieces of journalistic excellence by the illustrious PF4Eva: UnNews:UnNews remembers Eddie Van Halen.
