The Presidenciality award 2008-2013 is, regardless of the name, a really long thingie. Though you willn't get to run this joint, you will get awards, and major suprezmont (see dictionary of Love).

5 years of people accepting to jump off a cliff in his honor.
A bucketfull of medals.
Being recognized. Alot.
More value than admins (they're taking on anyone, we only take men of honour)
A national bud-jet of 15,000 Yoinxx (although nobody ever uses Yoinxx)
More awards to be discussed (with anyone/sysops)

1 December '08 - 14 February '09, the two final nominees do a showdown, wrestlin' style, in a ring of nothing but hard sweaty votes and public-causing sigs.
