Hmmm, so it's an insult? Not clear on what is going on... I want a crisp introduction, Lego. Something extremely straightforward at first. This feels more like a "middle of the article" paragraph where the reader already knows what's going on. ...or maybe I'm teh stoopids and I didn't get it.
Jonathan Swift? Is this a reference to A Modest Proposal? So far, I'm not seeing it. As far as the paragraph itself goes, I'm lost even more now. Why do people not care if their moms are going to college? Okay, okay, I see that it's an insult but... what kind of insult is that? Dude, just write UnNews:Yo Mamma's Fat or ugly or whatever and get straight to the point!

Usually the advice I hear on my articles is "make it more subtle" but in this case, it's very unclear what exactly you're talking about UNLESS I'M TEH STOOPIDS which COULD VERY WELL BE THE CASE. Get rid of references to Napolean Dynomite and make it clear to the reader that Jonathan Swift was in fact a famous sociologist.
