Simply ask for sources dear friend and I shall provide. Oh, that wiki page? There are several pages about that subject on wiki and the talk pages make interesting reading. That's where I found that link, or one of them. They ignored that, and went with the fact that there is no mainstream source saying otherwise so it must be the default for Italy which is 14. The Vatican themselves never comment. Although in the Vatican it's legal to have sex with a 12 year old, "when there is a relationship of dependence (like teacher/student/ etc.) the age of consent is 15 years".
