Okay, in case I forget...

...the base code for the Top o' the Month is here. Just follow the instructions (and put it on the appropriate page, like Uncyclopedia:Top10 09/Feb). Don't worry if you mess it up. I don't. Once that's done, edit Uncyclopedia:VFH/Top3 to reflect the change. At the start of the 16th, or thereabouts, lock the monthly page, figure out who won (I've been going by the number of votes. If two pages got 7 votes, two pages got 5, and three pages got 4, then all those make up the Top "3". Yes, I've probably been doing it wrong this whole time, but I value consistency over correctness), and update Uncyclopedia:VFH/Top3. I'm such a flake.
