Using custom .css skins located at (e.g. MediaWiki:Skin/Aaaa.css and Uncyclopedia's site-wide .js, administrators have the ability to add special elements to certain pages that they think are in need of such elements. These pages are usually limited to certain featured articles, reskins, etc. - so we don't get an Uncyclopedia.js filled with thousands of custom skins.
However, if you're interested in changing the logo on one of your pages, you may just want to create the logo, upload it, and then place it directly over the logo in the corner using special html code, which I can help you with if you'd like.
