Careful on that NRV tag[edit source]
I ran across an article that you rightfully marked as having No Redeeming Value (in fact, I deleted it, since I'm an Admin and I Can Do That). I noticed, though, that you missed the tag. Just by a fraction, but the runner would have been safe at third, and it might have taken forever to pick him off. Please be sure to add ALL FIVE tildes to the tag, like this: {{NRV|~~~~~}}, so that the date can be properly calculated. That date is what makes the article show up properly in Category:Worthless Articles. Four tildes is a signature, five tildes is a timestamp. Whoever decided that should be shot, but even Admins can only go so far. -- Sir BobBobBob ! S ? [rox!|sux!] 20:06, 19 January 2006 (UTC) (that was with four tildes)
- (moved from User talk:BobBobBob) Ok, sorry about that --Hpesoj 20:11, 19 January 2006 (UTC)
- No problem... I've done it myself by accident more than once. (Also, the "in thing" these days seems to be to reply on the talk page where the conversation started, and hope that the original poster added you to his "watch" list. Sounds like a lot of hopin' to me, but it seems to work.) --

- Heh, I wondered about that. On another completely un-related note, what was the article? I can't seem to find it in my contributions, and I was wondering why is wasn't worthy of an NRV tag (not that I don't trust your judgement as an Admin, or did you mean you deleted the article itself?) --Hpesoj 20:29, 19 January 2006 (UTC)
